I have a bunch of sardine***. You'll need 100. Let me know if you need them. Or check the chests. I'll put some in there.
Since the recipes are all the same with the exception of pet specific hormones, I'm putting the rest of the mats here or you can use Cottons link to find yours on wikia:

+10% max stat. Sort of a replacement for those special candies you can get from the raffle for subscription pets. For example, enhanced bwaks, bow meows and nomoons would be able to reach +88 instead of +80 in their stat. And I would be able to use it to bump my El Scarador's 20% neutral resist up to 22%.  |

Hmm. I'm not sure the +5 wisdom I'd get from my bloody koalak is worth dragging my ass through the pet dungeon.

So I am wrong, saw a pic showing someone with a maxed pp pet having 90pp, not 88. D:
Not sure what the other actual buffed maxes are now either.

I believe its 10% stats and a higher % for ones with stats above 80 (nomoons/braks/bow meows and such)
